All Flint products come with a 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase. We are confident in our commitment to design and supplier relations, in producing a product that is functional, beautiful, and sustainable.
In the unlikely event that your Rechargeable Lighter should stop working during this timeframe, we will happily provide a replacement or refund (no repairs). Please note, Warranty is void should the product show signs of incorrect use, cleaning, tampering, or care.
Please review the Troubleshooting Guide on our FAQ page, before submitting a Warranty Claim. Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the fault or defect must be supplied for us to identify the issue. We may request further information or ask that you return the faulty product to us for an in-house assessment.
Please note: if you have bought your Rechargeable Lighter from an authorised stockist (not Flint website), please process your replacement or refund request through the Retailer. It is the Retailer's responsibility to remedy the situation in the form of a refund or a replacement if the goods are deemed faulty or defective.
