At this time our shipping is limited to Australia.

Subscribe and enjoy free shipping on your first order, no minimum spend required.

Orders over $100 always ship free.

Standard Shipping: $8 AUD
Express Shipping: $14 AUD

Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to be processed and dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder.


We ship all orders via Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, please notify us immediately. If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot be held liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery due to incorrect address information.

Returns

Flint has a 30-day return policy upon delivery, in which you are able to request a return for a full refund or an exchange should you change your mind or be dissatisfied with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your request must meet the following criteria:

  • Product was purchased from our website.
  • Product is in its original condition and packaging.
  • The return or exchange request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

If your order has not yet been dispatched.
We will cancel your order and refund you immediately. If your order has already been dispatched, we'll need you to return the goods and cover postage costs. Once the goods have been received, reviewed, and the return is approved, we’ll initiate the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If you received a Rechargeable Lighter as a gift but not in the colour you were hoping for, or if you purchased the wrong colour by mistake.
We will happily exchange your product. You’ll need to return the Rechargeable Lighter in its original condition to us first, at your own expense.

If you think you might have received a defective product.
Please first review our troubleshooting information on our FAQ page to see if the issue can be resolved, and if applicable please submit a warranty claim here. so we can arrange a replacement for you.

If you purchased from another retailer.
Please contact them directly to coordinate a return. Purchases made with other retailers are subject to those vendors’ policies. Other vendors’ policies will vary. We recommend always reviewing a vendor’s return policy before purchase.
